Civil law is regulated by, among other things, the Civil Code (the Act from the 23rd of April 1964). It takes into consideration issues regarding liability, the conclusion and execution of agreements, property and co-ownership rights, as well as inheritance and donations. Civil cases include family matters, inheritance cases, matters pertaining to labour law, matters regarding real estate (including housing issues), as well as cases to do with the elimination of joint real estate ownership.
